To inference the models will costs USD, not cycles, therefore caffeine is a kin to adding fire to that node spiral death fear thing people have. Caffeine needs immediate success, or this web2 dependency will get expensive. Obvsiouly charging people is the way to go, that will take time to get adoption. What you won't get is transparency. @dominic_w will not tell you what it has cost in ICP to train caffeine, he won't tell you the cost projections going forwards etc, likely he hasn't done them. The big problem ICP faces is Dom, he doesn't understand what makes cryptocurrencies valuable.
