How was your 2025?
This is insane to look at and see the difference in just one year. I’ve been in the gym for a while but it took until the spring for stuff to finally start to click, but still
I only want more! Can’t wait to grow bigger and more beastly

GM y’all! May have finally broke my weight plateau. 175.2lbs this morning and really starting to see the muscle growth from the bulk. Keeping the protein up and cutting the fat. The next bulk will be insane💪
Wasn’t able to make it to the gym before they closed for the day. Decided to take the opportunity to do some cardio around the neighborhood with the pup.
Checked in this morning at 176.8lbs this morning. Quads still feeling full from yesterday. Never got a call from the doctor yesterday, so hopefully early next week. Active rest day today after some errands. Gonna try and get some sun on my back.
Was chatting with a guy at the gym about how I’ve been struggling with this cut. Made me take a look at the progress up to now. It’s actually kinda crazy to see. I just have really ambitious goals for myself. Thank you everyone that has helped me get to this point 🙏
GM y’all. Weight is stuck at 181.0 but still getting leaner. Was able to feel some abs last night so I know they are in there under the fat. Hitting legs today after some errands this morning. Pushing to make progress every day
After dinner, needed to get some more steps in for today. Evening walk with the pup as he is watching the lightning bugs.
Fingers crossed for a call from the doctor’s office tomorrow. The waiting game is killing me
Pump Thirty Thursday: Needed a good pump after the past couple of days and got it today. Hit arms and it felt really good. Biceps still suck but adding some limp-wrist curls to help. Strength is also increasing this deep into the cut. LFG💪
Checked in at 181.0lbs this morning. Quads still have some blood in them, shoulders are flat. Today is usually a rest day, but may hit the gym anyway. I need a good pump to help me feel better 💪
Delts Quads: Had a decent workout tonight. Lifts are slowly increasing too, even on the cut. Delts struggling to keep their pump. Quads have been solid with the Smith Leg Presses added. Can’t wait to finally have a legit leg press/squat machine. Gotta GROW!
Pull Day: Received some rough news at the doctor today so used that to drive this workout. Slowly getting some wings and thickness. Waiting on some tests results but I can’t let up while I wait. Going to keep pushing myself for that 💯💪
Now for some food and rest.
Morning check in at 179.8lbs this morning. Missing my chest pump already. Short work day at work before seeing the dermatologist. Pull day on deck for afterwards. LFG💪
Push Day: Pump acquired✅
Felt really good today. After adjusting my form on bench presses last week, I’m already pushing just 10lbs less than my PR for reps while on a cut! Still really small in size but it still helps with the motivation. Need all the advice from the X-Beasts💪
179.2lbs this morning. Increasing the Reta a little to try and cut the fat. Push day today after work. I need a good pump. You other beasts on here are making feel small and fat. Gotta get on y’all’s level.
Rest day traditions; Japanese and walks with the pup. Luke was obsessed with the lightning bugs. Now time finish some meal preps and chores before pinning. Not wanting to go back to work tomorrow.
179.2lbs this morning. Slept in this morning and having an easy rest day. Shoutout to everyone that has helped me get to this point. Couldn’t have done it without y’all’s support. Still have a long ways to go. Still way too small for where I want to be. Gotta keep growing💪
