We Build…® Future Leaders Our summer interns are here! JC&A is excited to welcome our next round of summer interns and look forward to helping them with their career development. Throughout the summer, they will learn about the fast-paced and dynamic field of commercial construction management, gaining exposure to both the field and administrative aspects of commercial projects and how we share that with the marketplace.

We Build…® Healthcare JC&A recently partnered with Beacon Capital Partners, Perkins&Will and Fitzmeyer Tocci to deliver a 15,000 SF medical office space for Personal Physicians HealthCare, a concierge-style primary care group at Wellesley Gateway. The new space features multiple private medical offices and examination rooms, a large lobby and reception area, labs, a conference room, and a staff lounge. Careful attention was given to engineering in the exam rooms for comfort, sanitation and air quality. Additionally, sound attenuation was a major focus with NRC and CAC accommodations for privacy for HIPA compliance. Partitions, ceilings and wall treatments were all carefully built and finish selections made to align with a private environment for PPHC’s patients. As Founding Partners of Team IMPACT, we are we know first-hand how important good healthcare is to people’s lives. It’s personal to us and we’re proud to be one of the go-to construction management firms for many of the largest national firms in Healthcare, as well as a trusted general contractor for local medical offices and healthcare companies like Personal Physicians!

We truly appreciate your support and collaboration in helping bring the project to life.” JC&A was thrilled to partner with Ci Design to deliver a 95,000 SF warehouse and office renovation for our friends at Red Thread in Andover, MA. In addition to the new 85,000 SF warehouse and 10,000 SF office and showroom, the updated space features a new technology lab, open workspace and private offices, a café, customer lounge, mock-up space, and a product showroom designed to showcase Red Thread’s different furniture and glass front systems. We Build…® LEED Certified Spaces JC&A was incredibly proud to collaborate with North River Leerink (Owner), JLL (OPM), Redgate (Development Advisor), Gensler (Architect) and Buro Happold (Engineer) to deliver the largest oral health facility in the world for ADA Forsyth. The new, LEED Platinum, 100,000 SF headquarters in Somerville, MA includes R&D dental labs, DPH clinical offices, an ACF spanning three floors, treatment rooms, executive offices and advanced lab space. JCAres, our philanthropic committee that is fostered and driven by the company, supports various charitable groups, non-profit organizations and institutions annually including Team IMPACT, Habitat for Humanity, Rosie’s Place, Interfaith Social Services, JDRF, Champions for Children, Father Bills & Mainspring and the Ellie Fund. Last weekend, a group of JC&Aers teamed up with the town of Braintree, led by VSO George Andes, to place flags at the graves of all of the veterans buried at Blue Hills Cemetery.
