Seems like all we are doing out here is feeding the moles, raccoons, turkeys, ground squirrels and deer.

Played around with Active Implement Guidance on a DB steerable axle today…
Anyone have a resource for some good calibration numbers?
Seems like it will hold the line pretty well across a broad range of cal numbers but wants to “S” at line acquisition.

Finally got around to this past year's phantom yield loss data. Here are the last two years of results, same 9 hybrids tested in both years.
Yield loss is real, but it is not kernel respiration on the plant. It is either harvest loss or yield monitor calibration variation.

Strip-till tip to make great fall strips:
Make sure to wait until after the ground has frozen 8” deep and then thawed out.
Pulls easier, Works up beautifully… Sure you only have 2 days to get everything done before it freezes up again 🤷♂️

Anyone with an X9 interested in a longer handle for the rear ladder door? Could get a few more made if there is any interest. Way easier to swing the door down.
I suspect it will catch some debris out of the air chute… hasn’t been an issue in corn. Would be around $200.
