Anticipating when I will again enjoy my career passion of instructional coach. I miss supporting teachers & giving them the tools they need to be successful & happier in the classroom. In my new role, I often feel the urge to mentor teachers & share my ideas, I miss it. #soon

It's been a terribly rough few weeks as I try to navigate my new, unexpected, change in my professional role. I'm disappointed that my leadership role was dissolved without warning, but I'm learning how to lead in new ways, despite the fact that leaders I looked up to let me down

Joined @MrsHuber_DLC today in a 2nd grade classroom as she helped prepare these kiddos for strip diagrams in 3rd grade next year. It was a fun and engaging lesson for all of us! @JohnRGood

I joined a 1st grade class today at @ElliottEagles. The students were learning and practicing fact families. They used manipulatives, peer talk, 4 corners and music/movement all in 1 lesson! Proud of the engagement I saw today. @iInstructIrving
