I don’t think Mudrick is sticking around for 3 more years just to collect interest on the notes. Shorting Fubo now doesn’t really make much sense anymore. Mudrick wants Alpha. And with so much volatility in the markets right now, they most likely want to make their money with Fubo QUICKLY and then move on to other potential distressed situations. If DG releases one or two banger pieces of news while the RS is happening, it won’t take very long at all for ALL of the shares in the public float to be bought up. Based on the float being approximately 345,000,000 shares right now, there will only be between 28,750,000 and 41,325,000 total shares available after the split. Maybe THIS was the plan all along.
