This case is getting almost no attention. Frank Ospina, an engineering graduate, was visiting his mum, who had settled in the UK, and went to see prospective unis. After taking a job pot washing, he was detained. He then took his own life behind bars. bbc.com/news/articles/cn8yn7…

Beyond the robots that deliver books, multilingualism as standard, and reading spaces that look like the foyer of a 5* hotel, the libraries of Helsinki are outstanding when it comes to public participation. They put the budget in the hands of the users! An actual dream.
