I did a lot of volunteer & fundraising (thousands of $) for Susan G Komen in Jersey, in honor of my mother, but then found out all the horrible shit that foundation does, and this stuff!
Instead of adding pink ribbons to their products every October maybe companies should just remove the cancer causing ingredients

Starting off the day crying my eyes out in the supermarket because of AMERICAβS horrible food system!! I thought it was difficult finding food without dairy or sugar doing paleo, but fuck man - this FODMAP diet is so hard. My system is so complicated & Iβm fucking over it.

The Ariana stuff is so sad to see. Sheβs at a point where I donβt know how sheβs physically doing a tour. They have to be giving her IV drips for nutrients because thereβs zero way her food intake could provide her with the energy she needs. Karen Carpenter died at 32 from anorexia and wasnβt even as small as Ariana is now. It just raises the alarm bells that she is quite literally on borrowed time if she doesnβt get help soon. Itβs dystopian to see so many of her fans deny whatβs going on and encourage her behavior. The last thing a person whoβs going through something like this needs is an echo chamber validating their mental illness. She 100% needs help and not just words of encouragement. She needs treatment and I just hope she will make the decision to get that before itβs too late. Her recent photos are devastating to see. Her muscle mass is completely deteriorated. Thereβs a reason this tour is only 90 minutes and has a small stage with limited shows. She physically cannot do a big tour anymore. I donβt understand why people are still trying to deny whatβs happening. She is clearly suffering from anorexia and she needs help.
