The "independent investigation" into Holland Park School seems to be missing a stage or two. If you collect accusations but don't actually corroborate them you aren't really investigating. Accusations aren't evidence.

Helpful reminder that the ‘investigation’ only spoke to complainants and was conducted by a colleague of @stewharper, clerk to the DfE appointed governors. Ofsted has ALWAYS found safeguarding to be adequate. #JusticeforRobson

The ‘Beyond Ofsted’ report is published at just the right time. Ofsted, in its current form, is finished. All the thinking now is how inspection and accountability must be reformed. This is an excellent contribution to that debate.
