Here we go again @JetBlue … Says flight is on time both at gate and on App yet doors we’re supposed to close 10 minutes ago and we have no updates and no accommodations for the wait… flight B6 6472. Do better for your loyal customers, this is truly sad.
Had a flight with @united , preselected seats in advance, yet they changed them on us without any indication and had my 3 year old son sitting alone. I complained to the representative at the gate and was told “take it up with United.com.” Classy airline.
Haven’t tweeted in years, but i felt the need to get this out. I have been at the airport for over 5 hours now with my 2 year old son with the plane delayed 4 separate times, our gate changed 3 times with zero updates. My son is on his last diaper and @JetBlue does nothing for us
They switched my flight. Going on over 8 hours in the airport with my son. My suitcases that i checked are currently nowhere to be found... no vouchers, nothing. it just never ends
