Attention ANY company that calls me to [do any sort of account maintenance, service, etc]. You called me. You do NOT get to have me verify who I am, when you are the caller. That's not how that works. I will happily verify when I call you, but not the other way.

It's no wonder there's a nursing shortage. Now a criminal conviction for being overworked? Pyxis overrides are common... Med errors are NOT 0.0000. There will be even fewer medical professionals after this (and you know, pandemic)

Fun fact: pihole was updated some time last year; FTLDNS has client-based rate limiting by default When all requests come from a SNIP on a #CitrixADC you hit the rate limit. Edit the RATE_LIMIT setting in /etc/pihole/pihole-FTL.conf set to 0/0 to disable. docs.pi-hole.net/ftldns/conf…

Little over a year and a half ago, our third son was born...needless to say, my free time since then has been "limited". To counter this, I chose to limit time spent here, my blog, and in the community in general 1/8

Last year was also pretty good for tomato forest, though nearly all of plants were cherries. We harvested enough for a full batch of tomato sauce. 7/8

I'm looking forward to getting back to see everyone in person...but until that time, I'm trying to get back into the community. It has always been a part of my life and I miss the great interactions and great people 8/end.
