🚨💣 HUGE BREAKING: Manchester United are now preparing a package bid with add-ons for Mateus Fernandes and want the deal wrapped up as soon as possible. 🔴👀 #MUFC
My understanding is that Fernandes wants to leave and is very open to the move to Manchester United.
United remain ahead of most clubs in the race and the player has made it clear he likes the project being presented to him. ✅
With West Ham needing to generate funds, there is a feeling this could become a quick deal if the clubs can find common ground on the valuation. 💰
As previously reported, United have no intention of paying the full figure West Ham are hoping for.
The expectation is that United will look to get a deal done in the region of £60m-£65m including add-ons, with discussions currently focused on the guaranteed fee.
From what I’m hearing, the base fee is likely to be around £55m-£60m, with performance-related add-ons making up the rest of the package. 📊
There are still a few details to iron out between the clubs, but United are pushing to get this one moving. ⏳🔥
