🌟 The highlight of a week of highlights was attending an amazing series of presentations today, following on from another excellent round of UX training for @UoLLibrary by the one and only @andypriestner. The presentations were insightful and inspiring, but they were also incredibly engaging and fun! ✨ Thanks to Andy for guiding another cohort on their UX journey, to David Morgan and @LauraJBeare for their ongoing leadership of the UX & Innovation strand of our Cultural Shift, and, most importantly, to our team for their engagement, energy, and ideas, which have great potential for our community 😊
