Tonight's dinner. Slow roasted beef in aus jus, mashed, fresh blanched asparagus. Served with Pennsylvania German horseradish and fresh baked seeded whole grain rye. You eat good in my hood.

Tonight's dinner. Pan seared skirt steak marinated in worchestershire, liquid smoke, rosemary, thyme, garlic, onion, red pepper paired with steamed spinach and bacon and hand mashed taters. I may be a keeper.
