Start up idea: Labor-as-a-Service (LaaS)
Users request labor in the form of replacing pipes, windows, light bulbs, AC, etc. In return the Laborer gets paid for the installation and the user gets new appliances.

With AI, you can hit $1M ARR without a single employee.
