Introducing GLM-5.2: Frontier Intelligence, Open Weights - Significant improvements in coding and agentic tasks - Strong long-horizon capabilities with a 1M context window - Two levels of reasoning effort: GLM-5.2 (max) pushes the limits, while GLM-5.2 (high) strikes a strong balance between performance and token efficiency - MIT-licensed open weights - Same API pricing as GLM-5.1 Tech Blog: z.ai/blog/glm-5.2 Weights: huggingface.co/zai-org/GLM-5… API: docs.z.ai/guides/llm/glm-5.2 Coding Plan: z.ai/subscribe Chat: chat.z.ai

Start up idea: Labor-as-a-Service (LaaS) Users request labor in the form of replacing pipes, windows, light bulbs, AC, etc. In return the Laborer gets paid for the installation and the user gets new appliances. What do you think?

Words cannot even express how good it feels to build a business unrelated to AI

In todays economy it pays more to be retarded. Rage-bait is great for engagement, especially when it's not intentional.

With AI you can do $15T ARR Maybe $10T ARR, or $5T some shit like that. But not for me, I turnt the AI down just to do this. Just to grind for the rap.
Hiring early is the most glorified way to kill your startup. Everyone copies Stripe's org chart. Nobody copies Stripe's first 18 months. At the early stage, every hire is a risk. Wrong person, wasted runway, broken culture. With AI, you can hit $1M ARR without a single employee. Maybe $5M. Maybe $10M. Let agents do the work first. Hire only when AI genuinely can't.
