340 million VIEWS is important, as it is NOT unique viewers:
Let's presume regular weekly viewership....
340m / 52 (episodes) = 6.5m views (per episode)
If a viewer turns it off, returns later, that's 2 views... and so on. So even if 6.5 million viewers, its doing WWE a favour.
