Jacob Buff (Oviedo HS) is an uncommitted 26 RHP. 6'1/170 Strong summer that got better as it went along: 25 K in 20.1 IP FB up to 83 back in July and we think it'll be upper 80s before long. 3.5 GPA Jacob will play for the Freshwater Storm this fall.
