It's nice that Snow White actually tries some new things (even if they mostly fail)! Rachel Zegler is a movie star. Gal Gadot is terrible. The hard drives that store the dwarfs should be taken out back and beaten with bats, Office Space style avclub.com/snow-white-review

The Monkey short story is so bleak in so many Stephen King ways (our hero would LOVE to smack his kid around, would LOVE to scream at his wife, would LOVE to fall to pieces) but with a ray of fantastical, heroic hope. The Monkey movie blows up some heads real good. Both are valid
