You can now enable Claude to use your computer to complete tasks. It opens your apps, navigates your browser, fills in spreadsheets—anything you'd do sitting at your desk. Research preview in Claude Cowork and Claude Code, macOS only.

Morning routine isn't magic. But consistently showing up — for your business, your team, your leads — compounds in ways that are. #Entrepreneurship #MindsetMatters #REI

What separates the investors doing 1-2 deals/month from those doing 10 ? Not market knowledge. Not capital. Not hustle. Systems and team. Every time. #REI #RealEstateInvesting #Scale

A deal a day keeps the bills away. But a system a month keeps the deals flowing when you're not there. Build the system. #REI #WholesaleRealEstate #BusinessSystems

Things that are true simultaneously: AI is overhyped. AI is also genuinely transforming how businesses operate. Ignoring it is the real risk. #AI #BusinessGrowth #Entrepreneurship

Controversial opinion: Most CRMs don't fail because the software is bad. They fail because nobody built the system around them. Software is only as good as the process it's built on. #CRM #BusinessSystems #REI

Always wait until they're inside the door. My son turned around this morning going into school — forgot something small, but needed it. I was still there. That's the whole point.

Things I wish I knew earlier in business: You don't scale with hustle. You scale with systems. Hustle gets you started. Systems get you free. #Entrepreneurship #BusinessGrowth #REI

The people winning in real estate right now: → Respond to leads in minutes, not hours → Have a follow-up system that doesn't depend on memory → Close more from the same lead volume It's a systems game. #REI #WholesaleRealEstate #Investing

Real talk on real estate: Most people think the hard part is finding deals. It's not. It's building the systems that keep deals flowing when you're not looking. Once you solve systems, deals get easier. #REI #RealEstateInvesting #Entrepreneurship

That AI assistant everyone's installing right now (Clawdbot / Moltbot)? Security researchers found: → Hundreds of exposed instances → API keys chat logs publicly accessible → One guy stole a private key in 5 min via email Google's security VP: "Don't run this." The idea is great. The execution is a loaded gun. We built something safer. Sharing soon.

I'm Boris and I created Claude Code. Lots of people have asked how I use Claude Code, so I wanted to show off my setup a bit. My setup might be surprisingly vanilla! Claude Code works great out of the box, so I personally don't customize it much. There is no one correct way to use Claude Code: we intentionally build it in a way that you can use it, customize it, and hack it however you like. Each person on the Claude Code team uses it very differently. So, here goes.

Chess grandmasters don't see 20 moves ahead. They've just seen 50,000 more positions than you. They're not thinking. They're recognizing. Tony Robbins said mastery has 3 levels: Recognize patterns Predict patterns Create patterns Level 1: Reps. See enough situations and you stop calculating. You just know. Level 2: Reps reflection. You start seeing what's coming before it arrives. Level 3: Reps scars. You stop reacting. You become the pattern others respond to. Beginners calculate. Experts recognize. Masters create the board. The gap? Always reps.

Just heard this story on a client call and had to share it. A pottery teacher split his class in two: ∙Group A: make the best pot you can ∙Group B: make as many pots as you can End of semester? Group B made the best pots. They weren’t focused on perfect. They just kept making. And by doing more, they got better. If you’re stuck right now — stop overthinking. Do more of the thing. Quality comes from quantity.

2026 is the year of the lonely agent. Slack's CMO predicts companies will spin out hundreds of AI bots per employee. Most will sit idle like unused software licenses. This is exactly why my clients hire me: 🧵

Lead qualifier bot → nobody used it Morning follow-up reminder → used every day Same effort. One collected dust. One became essential.

I won't let my clients build something that ends up lonely. Reply "DAILY" for the checklist. DM me "BUILD" if you want help getting it right the first time.
