Carolina Core FC's defensive group rose to the occasion against the Eastern Conference leaders, combining a disciplined team effort with three timely saves from Nick Holliday to keep Crown Legacy off the scoresheet. 😤

My personal view is there is a time and place for everything, but it was very interesting to see how the GK’s adapted with no volleys and how the session “felt and looked” how the following exercises looked
