My eBay store is all over the place with product categories. Dropping off a textbook, 2 fitness watches and a golf driver head to the post office. The only commonality in this product is high profit margin and sell through rates. I’ll list anything with those features

Doing my best @hey_mindi impression! I’ve dabbled with reselling school curriculum in the past, but never found a good source to take this niche to the next level. I stayed patient and watched @govdeals and @publicsurplus everyday until the right opportunity came along. Stay tuned to see if I can make my entire $6 investment back!

This screenshot shows the points booking options for the same exact CVG-TPA Delta flight. Bookable via 3 different loyalty programs at 3 different prices. There are levels to the points and miles game.

Costco influencers (yes that’s a thing) do all my marketing for me, and I don’t pay them a dime. I buy customer returned furniture from Costco and sell it on Facebook Marketplace. This sectional model sells quicker than any other model because people recognize the brand name thanks to viral videos like these.

I buy these couches for $200-400 and sell them for $900 as one part of my reselling business. Follow @JakeKern to see what other items I flip at unbelievable margins

This week I received 10 units of sectionals, sofas and living room chairs. I’ll be throwing 2 units away, will spend likely over an hour cleaning 1 unit and will attempt fabric stitching on 1 unit. I’ll also make my investment back after just 2 units sell. Reselling is full of hurdles and I keep jumping them to find incredible profits.

I made $345 renting tables like these last month and made my investment back after just 5 rentals. ROI is much quicker with a deal like this.
6-FOOT FOLDING TABLE NOW $28 Price dropped on white folding table with handles at Walmart Over 1,000 sold since yesterday, Target is selling similar ones for $60 Free shipping for Walmart members or orders $35 hiddenclearances.com/r/lowes… #ad

May resale biz numbers Facebook marketplace net sales: $2757 eBay net sales: $1456 Cost of goods: $2453 $1760 net profit for the month! 3 big wins: Dresser $200->$500 4k monitor recorder: $150->$400 Golf @bstock lot: $875->$1500 Some say to find a niche to master. The only niche I'm interested in is high demand product bought for as cheap as possible.

No one talks about how boring and uninspiring your w2 job becomes when you're building a side hustle that keeps you energized.

A year ago my daughter flew business class to Europe for the first time at age 1.5. Points and miles unlock experiences that would have never been possible otherwise. Anyone can do this with just a few optimizations. And yes, I spent 80,000 Amex points on her own seat for her just so she could sit on our laps the whole flight.

Had my first experience with eBay freight shipping a few weeks ago. $1300 net profit on this commercial espresso machine. I listed this item without knowing how to ship freight. When I got the sold notification, I went into research and realized it was a simple process. Being an expert isn't required, experimenting and learning can make you rich.

First summer Friday driving into the office. Traffic looks like it’s 10am on a Sunday. How much does corporate productivity drop between Memorial and Labor Day?

This stroller has made me over $1000. I flipped this model 34 times, buying for around $60 and selling for ~$100 on eBay. Each stroller sold within 48 hours of listing. Near instant ROI and no dead inventory. Opportunity is everywhere, action is required.

Since I shared a $300 net profit furniture flip win yesterday, only fair that I share that I’m taking a $175 loss on another item from the same load of goods. Net profit on the load is still in the green. Buying at the right price ensures profits even when setbacks happen.

In my 1 year as a liquidation reseller, I've spent $37,600 on inventory. That spend has earned me ~95,000 credit card points, spread between Amex and Chase. I've also earned an additional 550,000 points from strategically opening new cards when I have large purchases upcoming. With those points I've flown my family to Florida twice, taken my wife to the Park City Waldorf Astoria, gifted my parents a weekend luxury hotel stay, flown to a guys trip and have flights hotels booked for a 10 night stay in Colorado this summer. I still have 250k points leftover. You’re leaving money on the table if you’re not putting your business spend on credit cards.

Blocked my day and scheduled a babysitter so I could receive and process 7 pallets of furniture. LTL company no call no showed my appointment and had no answers for me when I reached out to customer service. Frustrating but we move on. Complaining to customer service reps doesn't earn the money that provides an uncommon life for my family.
