Two day bike pilgrimage- all caused by the Pilgrim passport. Up to Durham to see the bones of Venerable Bede, the coffin and pectoral cross of St Cuthbert, before camping on the East coast. Dad only saw Bede as Cuthbert’s garments and coffin cost 7.50 to see (sigh). 1/3

This all started thanks to my co-HOD getting me a Pilgrim Passport from the Association of English Cathedrals. Big thanks to dad for agreeing to come to every cathedral, abbey and shrine going!
