Leadership and culture are essential for development and performance. I was fortunate to have coaches this season and throughout the summer and fall who pushed and believed in me. Over the past 4 years, I've played with several guys who inspire me. With those guys the focus was on competing hard, having fun, and growth. I plan to keep my focus on the work and people in the dugout. Controlling the controllable. Everything else is just noise. This isn't a sprint, it's a marathon.
