Saying Captain Florence is the shepherd girl in the “Pastoral Song” video I did for my friend Adolf Mayer is like saying Han Solo is Indiana Jones. My Florence merely “played” both characters, but IS not them any more than Harrison Ford IS Solo or Jones.

If you try to reach my website at jamiefraser.ca and can’t get through because of a “bandwidth exceeded” error, it’s not my doing this time. I’ve been getting a lot of crawler traffic to my site lately. I’ve since modified my robots.txt file to suppress ALL crawlers…

Like it or not, playing a copyrighted CD in a church hall constitutes a public performance—which is ILLEGAL without prior written permission from the copyright holder. Just because you own a copy of a CD, that doesn’t give you the right to do anything you want with it!

With the pandemic subsiding, things are starting to get crazy busy. The choir at St. Augustine's is starting up again, and it won't be long before Cayenne Spice starts operating again. In a few months I'll even be able to start working on my music full time again. Stay tuned!

Finished the audio digitization on schedule. Now digitizing the entire analog video library. Target date of completion: mid-May 2022. Ultimate outcome: create an outstanding environment in which to work on my music full time.
