The world would be a better place if we could view each other with insight: in this world most of us face painful events, sicknesses, and death. Allow empathy to rule over our judgements of each other.

I shouldn’t feel ashamed for taking medication for my #mentalhealth. It has literally saved me from continuing to spiral into a dark place and allows me to partly function daily. I don’t see why there’s a stigma around that?

Driven, sadly.
I started an art piece that uses media unlike I've ever seen. I feel excited whenever I see it, drawing dust, leaning against the wall.
I have projects. I'm doing this for her, installing that for him. Always projects. Always working. Anyone else driven?

Tip for dealing with doctors: Think of them as someone you’re interviewing to be on your medical care team and not someone to whom you have to prove your chronic illness/disability.
