I tried to stop the ludicrous British government plastic straw ban back in 2018. These lefty policies resulted in the Conservatives getting trounced in 2024. Good for @realDonaldTrump for standing up for common sense.

Air travel is rarely a fun experience, so little wins matter. Having an aisle seat and not needing to use the overhead bin means I can chill out while everyone else queues. I intend to be the last to board.

This is nuts. This restaurant has nearly 1km of model railway that delivers orders to customers. You've got to be quick to grab your beers, the train doesn't stop for long.

Beautiful hydrangea at Kew Gardens today. Some of them are natural pH indicators - blue flowers indicate that the soil is acidic. A bit like how a blue rosette indicates that the thing it's attached to is toxic.

So if I stick to the seven deadly sins, I can spend 15 minutes on each one, or do one every 113.4 miles. Looking at the in-flight meal suggests "gluttony" may be a challenge, but looking at the lass in seat 50J suggests "lust" may be more straightforward.
