But will killing these people make an actual difference? Probably not.

The IDF is adding spectrum and AI divisions to its C4I and Cyber Defense Directorate, drawing on lessons from the Israel-Hamas War. Reservists will bring their knowledge from civilian roles in Israel's hi-tech industry to the AI Division. ✍️ @JamesGenn jpost.com/israel-news/defens…

It really tells you what side Russia and China are on when even Algeria, Pakistan, and Somalia vote *for* the proposal.
The United Nations Security Council voted to support President Donald Trump's peace plan and to authorize a UN mandate to establish the International Stabilization Force, to be deployed in the Gaza Strip. ✍️ @JamesGenn jpost.com/israel-news/articl…

In the biggest shock of all time, Hay’at Tahrir al-Sham members were involved in killing non-Sunnis in Syria. Will be interesting to see what kind of sentencing is applied in the coming months.

I can't lie, I didn't expect this to happen. I am so happy that I was wrong. Welcome home, Hadar the hero!

ISIS are *not* gone, people! They are still active in Syria and Iraq, not to mention massacring their way across west Africa. Western leaders need to stop treating the terror group as if they are a thing of the past.
The Syrian Democratic Forces arrested five ISIS terrorists in a raid in Tal al-Saman, north of Raqqa. @JamesGenn reports jpost.com/middle-east/isis-t…

While most of the 241 were charged with murder and drug-related crimes, eight were political prisoners, seven of whom were charged with espionage for Israel. Eight women were also executed by the Islamo-fascist regime, although their alleged crimes were not clarified by Hengaw.
Iran executed "at least 241 prisoners" throughout October, Norway-based Kurdish-Iranian watchdog Hengaw reported. ✍️ @jamesgenn jpost.com/middle-east/iran-n…

THIS is dangerous. As much as Sisi doesn't want to go to war with Israel, it strongly highlights that a key regional partner's perception has heavily shifted. Egypt is no friend of the Gazans, and definitely not to Hamas, but this war is causing our relationship to deteriorate.
Egypt’s Sisi called Israel an “enemy” at the Arab-Islamic summit, the first such usage by a top official since before former president Sadat's visit to Israel in 1977. @JamesGenn reports. jpost.com/middle-east/articl…

Been following these groups for years; finally the US is giving these IRGC proxies the harshest designation they can. Not sure it will change much on the ground though, but at least it sends a signal that Washington is taking these Shia terrorists as seriously as they deserve.
The US State Department announced the designation of four Iran-backed Iraqi militias as Foreign Terrorist Organizations in a Wednesday statement. Reporting by @JamesGenn jpost.com/middle-east/articl…

Bonus to Trump's actions against Venezuela; it annoys Iran. The two OPEC founders have maintained super close ties over the decades, and analysts have heavily linked the IRGC and Hezbollah with Venezuela's drug trafficking.
Iran’s UN envoy condemned US sanctions and military pressure on Venezuela and denounced recent US-Israeli airstrikes on Iran, calling both grave violations of international law. ✍️ @JamesGenn jpost.com/middle-east/iran-n…

Let's be honest, Mossad has shown repeatedly over the years that if they wanted to assassinate Iranian officials to send a message, they wouldn't rely on something that could be denied and covered up as accidental, like a helicopter crash...Sadr is spreading fake news.
Iran's Mohammad Sadr claims Israel orchestrated the May 2024 helicopter crash that killed then-president Raisi, suggesting it was a message over Iran's military build-up. He also alleges Russian intel helped IDF target Iran's air defenses. ✍️ @JamesGenn jpost.com/middle-east/iran-n…

Slightly fishy timing from Jordan here, a country that fought off ISIS for years without needing conscription, now plans to reintroduce it while facing no military threats, amid reported fears of 'Greater Israel' plans from Netanyahu's far-right colleagues.
Jordan will reinstate conscription starting February 2026, with 6,000 draftees initially following Crown Prince Hussain’s directive, amid rising tensions with Israel, as concerns grow in Amman over Israel's perceived territorial ambitions. ✍️ @JamesGenn jpost.com/middle-east/articl…

So...the increase in Yahya as a popular boy's name in the UK *could* be a coincidence, but this is just...NOT.
A baby named Yahya Sinwar, after the October 7 Hamas massacre mastermind, was born at University Hospital Leipzig, Germany. After backlash, the post was deleted & the hospital apologized. ✍️ @JamesGenn Read more >> jpost.com/international/arti…
