東京都が先月出した「東京における都市計画道路の整備方針（案）」の中に、高円寺駅北口〜早稲田通りを結ぶ道路が計画されています。
優先整備路線の「補助227号線」です。
実現すれば、今の純情商店街・庚申通り商店街は消え、高円寺駅南口と青梅街道をつなぐ高南通りのような道路に。
