Another shot from this morning's early dawn - a full hour before sunrise. This is the 459-foot Canadian freighter 'McKeil Spirit.' It was anchored up all night on the lake, before making it's delivery of powdered cement up the Genesee River this morning near Turning Point Park.

Late dusk overlooking Salmon Creek in Hilton last night taken from the parkway bridge. Nearly dark when I took this photo at 9:31 pm (sunset was at 8:42), a 10 sec. exposure provided an incredible amount of detail and color, much more than was visible with the human eye.

The 'Nose' was looking beautiful last night! Devils nose in Hamlin Beach State Park is a prominent glacial bluff. It's name came from the reef that extends out into the water, turning the area into a notorious "graveyard of ships" during early commercial sailing eras.
