To ensure public safety, all parade attendees should immediately disperse from Charles Street at the conclusion of the parade and relocate to Druid Hill Park to enjoy the remainder of the Pride festivities. Plan a detour or open Waze. 🔗 buff.ly/8WM8q7e

A Baltimore native is going viral for celebrating her college graduation in a way unique way. Latia Carter, a recent Coppin State University graduate, earned her bachelor's degree with honors in computer science and mathematics last month. The 25-year-old first-generation college graduate marked the achievement by posting a rap video about her journey. The video has reached more than 1.3 million views and helped her gain more than 10,000 followers. Carter says the response has led to job opportunities, speaking engagements and interview requests. Born and raised in Baltimore, Carter says she wanted to celebrate beating the odds and hopes to continue making music while pursuing a doctoral degree in the future. #Baltimore #CoppinStateUniversity #Graduation #ViralVideo #BaltimoreGraduate #Foryoupage #FYP #Explorepage #WJZ

365 days without a homicide in Penn North. This achievement would not be possible without Safe Streets, the community, and our partners working together to enhance public safety from the ground up. baltimorecity.gov/mayor/news…

It bears repeating that no fake OR illegal mail-in ballots were distributed. The wording in President Trump's continued posts about Maryland's elections creates an environment of misinformation on a voting right. Mail-in voting is not a partisan issue. Mail-in voting is legal.

Grief is crazy. I just heard “Stand By Me” and instantly started remembering all the moments I danced with my grandmother. Mannnn, I miss ole girl.

The reopening of Parkview Recreation Center represents real investment in Penn North and West Baltimore, rebuilding long-disinvested spaces, 50 new homeownership opportunities, welcoming the future home of Charm City TV, and strengthening the community for future generations.

Rushed Process. Unanswered Questions. Yesterday, the Council advanced the Charter Bill to 3rd reader after moving it to 2nd the same day. I asked: why the rush with at least 5 meetings left before July and concerns unresolved? NO ANSWER. 1/2

Baltimore deserves a transparent, thorough process. Contact the Council President’s office and ask: Why the rush? 2/2

Welcome to Baltimore, Vega Ioane. The Ravens get one of the cleanest prospects in the class — and turn down the chance to draft Rueben Bain. His 2025, per PFF: 311 pass block snaps 0 sacks allowed 0 hits allowed 4 hurries allowed And many pancakes.

Justice Jackson is sole member of #SCOTUS not to join Justice Thomas' opinion in a Louisiana environmental case involving Chevron. As is often the case when she goes it alone, it has to do with her reading of legislative history and congressional intent. Doing her best to keep the dying ember of purposivism alive on an originalist court.

Honored to speak at the ribbon cutting for The Carver House where students from 10 Baltimore City high schools, alongside the Requity Foundation, transformed a vacant West Baltimore house into a high-performing home. As a proud Carver Bear, this one hit home! #TheCarverHouse
