I attempted to end my own life 10 years ago today.
It took me years to speak to someone, and believe me, it wasn't easy.
But I'm forever grateful to the Lord that I'm still here one decade on.
Those tough conversations can save a life.
Please talk. It's important.

I took this photo of my mates, brother and I in the evening of October 17, 2014 after a meal. Just over 12 hours later on October 18, 2014, I attempted to take my own life. Seven years on and I’m in a much better place. Please talk. It’s hard, but it’ll be worth it. #MentalHealth
