I’m not necessarily Elon’s biggest fan but this does fail to note all the risk and personal money he put in, all the 20hr days, all the stress and hard work.
Elon Musk just became the world's first trillionaire. The typical American household would have to work more than 11 MILLION years to make Elon Musk's level of wealth. We need a wealth tax.

The UK, through @SciTechgovuk and @KanishkaNarayan is absolutely nailing it on AI at the moment. A team of brilliant minds with a core focus and driven by the mission. These people could go to one of a dozen AI companies and earn 4x their salary but they do it for the mission.

UK AI Minster @KanishkaNarayan says when testing Anthropic's Fable 5 it was the first model ever to get through their entire cyber-range with no human support: "The cyber range is supposed to be what any company's usual cybersecurity network, tries to stop and that model was able to get through that end to end with no human support." "The fact that we're able to do this way before release and then through the National Cyber Security Centre mitigate the risks for critical national infrastructure is unique." "No other country in the world outside of the United States... has that capability and that access."

That voice is spot on.

The infrastructure we need can be the infrastructure we like, worthy of the communities they serve. Let’s build with taste! 🇬🇧

Perhaps controversial opinion but a half pint of lager is superior to a pint.

They’ve never had the simple pleasure of a solo pint in a beer garden in 24 degree weather after a day of graft and it really shows.

Groundbreaking
My OpenClaw personal assistant truly runs my life. I'm at the airport. My agent has the boarding pass, it checks the details through Google Flights. It knows which gate, which check-in areas, and it knows Dubai airport in and out. So I just talk to my agent through voice messages. And it messages me back using text-to-voice. I have headphones on, and it's telling me exactly where to go and when - and give me gentle reminders when I need to get ready. Surreal experience. Living without OpenClaw now would be such a downgrade.

Sauvignon Blanc often has a bad reputation. The good ones are really excellent though, you just have to avoid to £5 supermarket battery acid.

Let’s go back to 5 days in the office when the old perks also come back: - proper expense accounts for lunches and after work drinks and dinners - proper expenses and time codes for travel for in person meetings - laptop gets left at the office at the end of the day.
🚨 WATCH: Nigel Farage calls for an end to working from home and the focus on work-life balance "People aren't more productive working from home - it's a load of nonsense. They're more productive being with other fellow human beings"
Community note
Nigel Farage employed his wife who worked from home. telegraph.co.uk/news/politics/… Reform UK also employ people who work from home. independent.co.uk/news/uk/politi…

When my motorbike was stolen the thieves used an angle grinder to cut the chain. I was told by the police that I should have used a bigger chain and two of them. They never caught the thieves.
We recommend all vehicle owners use steering locks, aftermarket immobilisers & trackers as a first option. They can be costly though so another option is to hide a trackable item in your vehicle which can be very effective for as little as £30. Something is better than nothing.🔐

I was obsessed with this film as a kid
DANTE'S PEAK (1997) Small town being invaded/destroyed by something is a trope I never get sick of and this is a great one. Look at that shot showing all the town extras.
