Final post 2- Atari 2600 suuuuuuuuucked. I learned videogaming in the arcades and the step down to the 2600 just wasn't acceptable. I've held on to this view since I was what, 12, 9, something like that.
Final post 1- Israel is committing genocide on Palestine and it bugs the living hell out of me I'll still be voting for Kamala Harris, who supports it. I don't see an alternative, though.
Final couple posts and I think I'm done here. I'd delete my profile if I thought that would do any good for not using my history to train an AI, but that ship's already sailed. Might as well leave it for archiving purposes plus the occasional guilty look-in to see this place die.
Enjoyed Bloodshed when I played it last week but it's a bit on the easy side. I did a couple runs and was only in danger of dying when I got careless. Nicely splattery, though, so I'm looking forward to seeing what else it can do.
Bloodshed - a roguelite survivors FPS, with a boomer shooter vibe, endless hordes, upgrades and level ups, and SO. MUCH. BLOOD. 🔥😈💀

It was a long wait for @cptnsigh's Shady Knight but the game is finally available. Super-stylish combat and parkour where every move is designed with mobility in mind. It gets hard quick but never stops feeling rewarding when the moves chain together.

The demo for @PlayRisingHeat/@Apogee_Ent's Rising Heat dropped yesterday and does a great job of showing off the arcade arena shooter's style. Lots of enemies, lots of different possible builds, and an appealing dot-matrix art style.

Just got one of those spam emails trying to pitch a list article, and this was for "Games with the most complicated rules". I'll never know if Knights in the Nightmare was on there but if it was I'd have been impressed.
It's a lot easier to build up a world when you've got little robot helpers doing the grunt work. @omegacrafter_en 's Omega Crafter received a new update expanding it with a new biome and more toys, giving the little automated bots more to build.

I think I've topped off the maximum experience you can earn in the demo and now all I've got left to do, as far as I know, is try to break it. I've already found a path on one of the two courses that bypasses a checkpoint, so I feel I'm off to a good start.
Hey Riders!
👋 Lend us a helping hand!
We want to make a big splash at the #SteamNextFest , so we’ve put our demo live early on #Steam for testers. Think of it as a demo of a demo :D
Please send us your feedback, we’d love to hear it! <3
Play it here: s.team/a/3238120
Oh damn this is good! Twin-stick action in an evolving arena, Gradius-style power-up system where pickups cycle through upgrades, killer soundtrack, and super-punchy offensive skills. Just excellent all around.
The @Kickstarter for @TerriblePosture/@nerdninjas' Battle Train kicked off today and has already beaten its goal, so that's a full month worth of stretch goals ahead. The demo is massively expanded over the original so there's something new to play, too.

Fuck Israel, by the way. They bought and paid for the retaliatory missile-rain today, so no whining about it now.
Standard disclaimer- Israel is a country, countries have governments, governments are political. Israel is not the Jews, despite it's amazing PR saying otherwise.
Is it just repeating the obvious to say that Israel is committing genocide in Palestine? I've got no idea what it is Israel offers the US that results in us backing its genocide so thoroughly.
