Great guy, RIP
Today, we honor the life of Robert “Bob” Brady — a proud veteran, devoted family man, and longtime Tewksbury resident whose service to our country began in the 1950s with the United States Army Special Forces Green Berets.
At just 19 years old, Bob was selected to serve with the 10th Special Forces Airborne Division in Bad Tölz, Germany as part of the Czech Team — a role he carried with immense pride throughout his life. Following his military service, Bob continued his lifelong commitment to protecting our nation through a career with the federal government, quietly helping to keep our country safe for decades without seeking recognition.
Beyond his service, Bob will be remembered for his adventurous spirit, generosity, love of family, and willingness to help anyone in need. We are grateful for his service, sacrifice, and the example he set for generations to follow.
Rest in peace, and thank you for your lifetime of service.
