A coroner has written to the health and social care secretary over concerns the national shortage of district nurses is risking further avoidable deaths.
It comes as an inquest found staffing issues had contributed to a patient dying from sepsis.

Sheβs 80 this year, but once again my mum is on duty at Aintree, as a volunteer for @stjohnambulance Making sure everyone attending or riding during the three day meeting, is well looked after. Words fail me on how proud she makes me. They donβt make them like her any more!
