Hiring an automation specialist as a consultant really changed the way we operate our agency and software All the stressful and boring admin stuff like: 1. Meeting notes get sent to every person with their specific action items, and then added to Monday as specific tasks 2. All support requests for the software auto-tagged and sent to the specific person who can answer them, with KPIs auto-measured for response time 3. All weekly client report reminders for every manual part, with other parts automated and generated 4. All marketing channel & acquisition data auto-tracked, summarised, and delivered with AI insights When they get deep into it and find everything that they can save you 1, 2 hours a week on, the total is just soooo much time every week. Not just for me but for our team as well The team are happier because they spend less time on boring stuff, and it saves 10x more than you invest in saved staff time and getting more results If you're on the fence, definitely hire someone for this. (Just makes sure they’re good and can actually build all the complex automations lol.) But we hired someone amazing and she's crushing it for us

Google fumbling the bag with Google Discover after HCU is honestly one of the worse moves I've ever seen They could have turned niche publishers from keyword-focused content farms To the blogging version of YouTube, Where if you created unique, non-keyword-focused content that was actually really good (cool stories on the topic, interviews, deep-dives, actual journalism...) You'd get pumped based on engagement rates with your content and potentially get hundreds of thousands of views, and your month's income, from one banger article (Like YouTube) But no, instead, most got banished entirely from Discover due to the minimum site quality score hits that seem to always be applied unless you're a huge media brand I'm not an SEO anymore so I don't care, but it's just such a missed win. And it's bad for humanity because they disincentivise creativity by not even trying to push GOOD content Like even if you don't want to rank niche publishers anymore on Google (the SERPs are worse for it, but ok..) Then at least create a new meta with Discover where AMAZING content is pushed to a wider audience, like the YouTube algorithm so that people who like to read cool conteont can get the option of reading this on their lunch breaks or weekends Huge huge missed win

everyone printing on FB because they got the algorithm right for the types of casual, fun things that audience wants to see from FB pages Google could do the same for longer-form article content (WITH EVEN MORE MONEY POTENTIAL! the RPMs are like 200x higher on Discover lol) The answer is so obvious... and it would incentivise creativity and creating excellent written content, and potentially give journalism a new lease of life in the AI overview era But no... it makes too much sense to actually be implemented

Genuinely just do this 1 thing if you want to see if your product idea is a banger before you build it: Pay the biggest influencer in your niche $1K to post an ad for it and if a bunch of people hunt you down to try and pay you for it, build it Happened a couple weeks back with a product we're launching next monday, top head at a $25bn company with 22,000 employees is actively pursuing us telling us to name our price If it's crickets, congrats, you just paid under a grand to get all the data you need to save weeks of bs building

(depends on the niche also, this post for us was $500 but for some niches the post is $25K lol)

-> Linkedin sponsorship -> check everyone who likes and connects with them -> send them a 3-min Loom showing how the product applies to their specific product -> ask if they want to be an "early product dev tester" and ask how much they'd value a product like this if it was finished -> get them in and using, and when it's ready send them the bill

Whenever someone talks about my SaaS, I get an alert in my dashboard within minutes So I built this automation into Endorsely so now everyone else can get this for free We're calling it the "Content Studio" where we scan your website and find all mentions of your SaaS across the web Then find the affiliate who created the content, and shows you who is promoting you the most & we send you weekly emails showing exactly who's posted about you / linked to you each week, so you have the full update in your emails & Endorsely dashboard Can't believe we made this software free smh it's a STEAL

Someone has somehow managed to charge £4,500 of Hilton hotel spend to our business card Spoke to the bank to claim it back as fraud, but they've locked the card and takes 5-7 days to get a new card sent to my address... And in the meantime, the card is locked All our SaaS subscriptions right now for our website, tools we use for the business, etc, are all declining because the card is locked It's going to take so long to change the payment methods on all of them, just to change them back a week later, so fucking shit that this fraud stuff not only might cost me thousands of pounds, but also fucks my normal business up as well Fuck these scammers

still taking applicants for these two open roles we have available adding two more members to the affiliate management team for scaling affiliate, influencer & integration partnership programs for SaaS businesses, as part of the agency wing of Endorsely Full details and link to apply below:
18 May 2025
HIRING: Looking for two roles: 1. Affiliate outreach biz dev specialist (great at creating partnerships and building relationships, excellent at cold outreach & can record Loom videos that get excited responses) 2. Senior affiliate manager (data-driven, relationship-focused, able to do high-level affiliate & partnership marketing strategies and manage paid B2B influencer campaigns) You'll be joining a high-performing team within the Endorsely Agency, which not only helps grow our ambitious SaaS clients' affiliate programs But also uses these same playbooks to grow our own set of SaaS brands, including Endorsely itself, and our e-comm brand. We're looking for people who can: - Build strong affiliate relationships - Create high-converting campaigns - Analyze data to drive growth - Work 100% remotely - Work effectively with clients and their expectations - Have previous experience in affiliate management, specifically within B2B and SaaS affiliate growth Tag anyone in my network who might be perfect or interested. We need someone who can hit the ground running with minimal supervision. We have robust SOPs and processes, but we need someone who has deep experience managing strategy and building relationships and who does not need a lot of micromanagement.
