Hi @Critical_CRR, Check out this research publication: ieeexplore.ieee.org/document… The proposed method has the potential to improve battery health warranty assessment procedures and introduce new approaches to battery storage capacity design and partitioning. Test and try it out.

Thanks @DiscoveryAlert. "Real working cell" is the right read — this is the first time our DSD-deposited cathode has been built into a full-format cell, with early conditioning behaving as expected. ASE electrolyte deposition now underway as we work towards integration. $CRR

$CRR $CRRO 1c | $31m MC Solid-state battery technology I know it's difficult to digest, but hopefully this wrap-up will give you some understanding. 🤗 🟢 $CRR isn't trying to compete with Chinese or Korean gigafactory players on cost 🟢 $CRR de-risking licensable IP for high-margin niches where safety, weight, temperature range, and form factor matters 🟢 The licensing model capital-light approach via university partnership 🟢 Each de-risked milestone (cathode → composite → coin cell → pouch → ASE integration) widens the potential partner pool in defence, aerospace, and specialist industrial applications. 🟢 $CRR is proving you can build a multi-material composite layer in one clean, low-energy dry step 🟢 Google : Dynamic Spray Deposition (DSD) (solvent-free, dry "3D printing") understand what this is about. 🟢 $CRR advancing two parallel workstreams:👇 1. Materials (their proprietary Amorphous Solid Electrolyte / ASE)✅️ 2. Manufacturing (Dry Supersonic Deposition / DSD / the single-step dry composite layer process✅️ 🟢 Its matter of time, $CRR business model de-risk and license the IP to cell makers, component manufacturers, or end-users in high-reliability sectors #SpaceX | #NASA | #Defense | #Aerospace
$CRR news update : a breakthrough in solid-state battery manufacturing 📢 Coy successfully co-deposited a complete cathode, solid-state electrolyte, and carbon-nanotube network in a single, dry, room-temperature step, eliminating solvents and drying processes ✅️ This "3D printing" method streamlines production, enhances safety, and increases energy density, making solid-state batteries suitable for high-density computing, defense, and aerospace applications ✅️ This development de-risks their licensable technology, with electrochemical testing underway ✅️ Critical Resources is developing and licensing intellectual property for solid-state battery technology✅️ CRR holds patents and is validating manufacturing methodologies, including solvent-free deposition processes, to preserve these benefits✅️ Why this is important 👇 This technology offers advantages over conventional lithium-ion batteries in safety, energy density, and thermal stability 🫡 CRR focuses on licensing rather than manufacturing, aiming to provide flexible and scalable solutions for various high-reliability applications like defense, industrial, and aerospace 🫡 DYOR | 1c #Technology #Defense #AI #Battery #DataCentres

No solvents, binders, or furnaces are needed. The cathode, solid-state electrolyte, and carbon nanotube conductor are deposited in a single dry, room-temperature process led by Dr. Alla Smirnova, whose lithium-ion battery research was previously supported by NASA EPSCoR.
$CRR’s solid-state battery update is more than a lab milestone. CRR has now deposited the cathode, solid-state electrolyte and carbon-nanotube conductor in one dry, room-temperature step, with no solvents, binders or furnaces. The NASA link is the interesting part. NASA EPSCoR previously supported South Dakota School of Mines research into high-performance lithium-ion batteries for NASA space applications, where Dr Alla Smirnova was listed as Science PI. Dr Alevtina Smirnova is also the technical advisor reviewing CRR’s current solid-state battery program. Defence, aerospace, satellites, data centres and solvent-free battery manufacturing are now being tied into one CRR story. Full link to the NASA article: go: nasa.gov/wp-content/uploads/…

$CRR — Solid-state battery program advances to full-format pouch cell testing.🔋 Our DSD-built cathode has moved from coin cells into full-format pouch cells — a standard scale-up step that shows the cathode can be built into a complete working cell. Electrochemical testing is underway, and deposition of our sulphur-free ASE solid-state electrolyte is progressing. Solid-state batteries have two hard problems: the electrolyte, and how you manufacture it. $CRR is advancing both. Chemistry — our ASE electrolyte: 3.2 mS/cm, conductivity competitive with sulphide-class materials but non-sulphide & non-halide, with none of the safety trade-offs. Manufacturing — new milestone: a complete composite cathode layer built in one solvent-free dry step. 📄criticalresources.com.au/ann… #SolidStateBattery #BatteryTech #ASX #Lithium
