Not saying this would happen. Clearly the market would dictate what direction to go in. But I have a feeling TV, event sponsors, and teams sponsors would have an interest in the best playing together certain weeks in team format

Not every event would be a team concept.. you have to re imagine how things are now, and what they could be.
What would a full season of pga tour look like with team events mixed in during the fed ex season that involve year long team concept along with individual fed ex pts??

Forgot to add.. free agency is now open season in professional golf. The team concept works with the best players in the world involved. It will sell TV rights, event sponsors, and team sponsors very easily. Teams will look to position themselves with the best players available.
