When Fox sought to recast Simpsons cast, no reasonable VA touched that - knowing very well that an impression alone, minus the prowess of the original actors, would fail the characters and the audience.

My 2 cents to the fab @RickandMorty team: Instead of seeking an exact voice match, IE: impression - seek something more unique that will level up your characters. - Think about it. Would be very easy for Rick and Morty to have a completely dif sound and still be canon.
