Men’s toilets out of order in Eustons first class lounge. 30 men in the lounge faced with having to queue to use the single disabled toilet.

19:53 Avanti West Coast train cancelled. 20:13 delayed for 17 minutes. No first class service due to no catering staff and shop shut. Fantastic experience once again. Thanks @AvantiWestCoast
