"We drafted him to play." Man, I love the sound of that!
Klint Kubiak expects rookie cornerback Jermod McCoy to be a full-go in training camp next month. The #Raiders have been cautious with him, coming off an ACL injury in 2025. “We drafted him for a reason, we drafted him to play.”

☠️🏴‍☠️ Raider Nation, I don't know if anyone else is getting this feeling, but something about this team just feels... different. OTAs are over, and instead of hearing the same old offseason hype, what keeps standing out to me is the attitude. @KirkCousins8 has come in and immediately taken command of the offense. @fernandomendoza isn't being thrown into the fire. He's learning, asking questions, and developing the right way. There doesn't seem to be any panic about rushing the kid. On defense, Rob Leonard has these guys playing fast. Every report coming out of practice talks about the energy, the communication, and the takeaways. @CrosbyMaxx looks like Maxx Crosby again, and guys like @OfficialKwity and @Taronj11 already seem to be settling into leadership roles. Maybe I'm crazy, but it feels like this team actually has a plan. Not just collecting names. Not just winning the offseason. Building something that can last. Now, does that mean they're suddenly Super Bowl contenders? No. They still have to prove it when the games start counting. But for the first time in a while, it feels like everyone is pulling in the same direction. OTAs are in the books. Mandatory minicamp is next. Then training camp. That's when the real competition begins, and we're going to find out exactly who this team is. So I'll ask @Raiders Nation this... Are you buying into what this coaching staff is building, or are you taking the "I'll believe it when I see it" approach? 👇 Let me know where you're at. 🎥 Raiders Unleashed: youtube.com/@RaidersUnleashe… ☠️ Just Win Baby ☠️ #Raiders #RaiderNation #LasVegasRaiders #SilverAndBlack #JustWinBaby #KlintKubiak #RobLeonard #KirkCousins #FernandoMendoza #MaxxCrosby #KwityPaye #TaronJohnson #RaidersMinicamp #RaidersUnleashed

Everyone talks about the raiders run from 1967-76 but check out 1980-85. Tied with Dallas for 2nd best with a 61-28 record the team won 2 Super Bowls, made the playoffs 5 times in 6 yrs and had a NFL MVP in Marcus Allen. A remarkable run. #RaiderNation #Raiders

Years ago in college, I was fortunate enough to serve as an intern for ESPN Classic, spending my summer in Bristol. I made some friends, learned a lot about TV and was pretty sure I had zero chance of returning to the building. This week, I signed my new deal with ESPN, one that was agreed to a few weeks ago, to appear across platforms -- a true full circle moment. Surreal is the word I would use now that it is officially official. I’ll still be on NFL Network plenty, with ESPN appearances sprinkled in. So much of what I do and where you’ll see me won’t change. But at the least, unlike a couple decades ago, I won’t have to sneak into a studio in Bristol to get a picture on the desk of SportsCenter.

Tim Brown helped the team by blending elite speed with rare route-running durability to dictate the tempo of the Raiders' aerial attack for nearly two decades. His 99 regular-season touchdown receptions stand completely alone at the top of Silver and Black history. 🏈
