Long story short. A lot of people can't handle getting old and that their generation isn't the center of attention anymore for pop culture and many other things. Super Bowl halftime shows are just one high-profile place where this silliness manifests itself.

One of the healthiest life choices I ever made was accepting the reality of the Brewers competitive position. This was an incredibly enjoyable season and I'm glad it happened. And we beat the Cubs.

Baseball isn’t like basketball, where having one transcendent superstar gives you a chance every year. You need a lot more pieces, and I recognize the Brewers aren’t paying for that. So I’m ok with a decent team that is a pleasant watch on warm summer nights 🤷♂️
