I love this scene because they're leaving together and not hiding what they mean to each other, even in front of Garland. I know they'd already disclosed their relationship at this point, but it's still such a meaningful moment because Amanda is finally ready to love Sonny openly. I love them, and I miss them so much. 💜 #Rollisi

That’s a fair take, but Tony didn’t really make Peter weaker, he just fast-tracked him into a world way bigger than he was ready for. The dependency only shows up early on, because Peter was still learning what kind of hero he wanted to be. By the end, he’s actually forced to stand on his own, and that’s when he really becomes Spider-Man, not because Tony shaped him, but because he eventually had to outgrow him
