Our facilities @principalitysta have been transformed this year, an improved clinical environment, new kit, a refreshed medical plan and better experience for our #StJohnPeople. Top work by all those who have helped us make these things happen @tfwrail@unitetheunion

Very sorry to hear of the passing of a true @StJohnINTL icon Baroness Audrey Emerton DBE GCStJ FRCN. Every time I met her I was always blown away by the stories she told. An incredible 80 years service, that’s true dedication. Thoughts with everyone who knew her @stjohnambulance
1/2 Very sad to report that Baroness Audrey Emerton DBE GCStJ FRCN died on 27/2/26 after a long deterioration in her health. She served the Order of St John @StJohnINTL for 80 years having joined in 1946. She had a very distinguished NHS nursing career and was lately for StJohn..
Today we’ve been at @StDavidsCardiff as our Defibruary campaign continues throughout February. If you want to learn more and build your confidence in an emergency, take a look at our free defib eLearning course here: sjacymru.org.uk/en/courses/C…
We’re back today at @StDavidsCardiff as our Defibruary campaign continues throughout February. Our team has been chatting with members of the public, helping more people understand what defibrillators are, where to find them, and how to use one in an emergency.
Congratulations @SJACymru@cardiffuni Links who’ve today undertaken a CPR Marathon for 10hrs continuously as part of #Defibruary. Raising awareness of how to use a defibrillator and first aid skills. Great also to do a round of CPR after finishing work. Vital skills #JustInCase.
