Angelenos are frustrated right now. I'm frustrated right now. That's why I decided to run. If it feels like the mayor isn't listening, drags her feet, and isn't focused on the things that matter most in people's daily lives...that's because it's true. You deserve leaders who show up, do the work, and fight for you every day.

Focused. Humble. Intellectually curious. Nithya is all the things I hope my son becomes one day.
I’m incredibly honored that voters have given us the opportunity to advance to the general election for Mayor of Los Angeles. To the thousands of supporters who knocked doors, made calls, sent texts, donated, and opened their homes for events across the city, and to everyone else who made this moment possible: thank you, from the bottom of my heart. Now our fight for a healthier, safer, more affordable, and more joyful Los Angeles continues. For too long, City Hall has prioritized giving political advantage to powerful interests that fund elections. Meanwhile, working people pay the price in higher rents, depleted services, and a city that has stopped working for them. If you’re as frustrated by the broken status quo as I am, I hope you’ll join our movement to build a city that works for everyone.

One third of one percent. That’s what California spends on homelessness, and even that id being cut. We have to invest in solutions that work. HHAP works.
33 CA Assemblymembers signed on in support of $1 billion for HHAP (Homeless Housing Assistance & Prevention) but we still need more support to make it happen! 📣 Please call or tweet your representatives & ask them to support $1 billion for HHAP! assembly.ca.gov/assemblymemb… (🧵1/3)

In Sacramento last week advocating for HHAP funding with @InnerCityLaw. Proud to represent @SDHFtweets and the affordable housing developers who rely on HHAP funds to finance permanent supportive housing. Thanks @JedLeano for organizing a great Advocacy Day!

Homelessness in LA is a humanitarian crisis. And our response isn't working. The city has the money to fix this. But we are not moving urgently enough to use this money on what works and demand that every dollar we spend moves as many people off the streets and into safety as possible.  Angelenos have voted three times to tax themselves to respond to this crisis with services and housing. What's been missing is someone willing to do the hard work to build a *system* that really works. I'm running to change that. Read my full at the link in bio.

Legit question. What does keeping him for a 3rd year accomplish? Does a Sweet 16 in 2027 make you wanna him for a 4th year? Unless you think he’s gonna have an elite team that’s gonna be in contention for a 1-2 Seed you’re just kicking the can down the road.

Florida basketball has become what Kentucky used to and desperately wants to be again. Cats never led in two meetings with the Gators this year. Wild.

Kentucky deserves better than Mark Pope. I’m not here for the 96 nostalgia anymore. It’s 2026, get your shit together or get out the damn door.
