Please watch the new documentary about my struggle fighting against the Democrats trying to destroy me, because I am a strong Trump supporter and thought Georgia investigating its election in 2020 at a deeper level was worth doing.

This order would flunk every part of an administrative law exam. There’s no standing. Plaintiffs have no cause of action. The matter is clearly committed to agency discretion by law. The judge is substituting her own judgment for that of agency. It’s pure lawlessness—and an indication why, properly understood, the APA does not authorize individual district judges to afford nationwide relief.

California is not only allowing ballots to be counted a week after election day, but even ballots without postmarks. Eventually, you will be able to vote by just shouting out the window of your car at any election official...

According to a radical left judge, race, climate, and LGBT must be taught. The government cannot have a different policy. This is coerced conformity.
Orders like these will advance the conservative legal movement in the long run.

I agree with Noah, @NoahWall. With the rise of progressives, there were a lot of complaints about J. Edgar Hoover spearheading a wave of deportations of subversives deadly to the American system. No doubt, Hoover had lots of faults, but on this issue he was entirely correct.
One of the first official federal government deportations was in 1903 - John Turner was deported to the UK because he was an anarchist, pursuant to the Anarchist Exclusion act of that year. Ideological deportations are something we should be actively considering.

We don’t need more promises on mass deportation. We need results. Deport ALL illegal aliens. Mandate e-Verify. De-bank illegal transactions. End taxpayer-funded incentives. President Trump needs fighters in Congress who will accelerate the agenda—not just talk about it.

New York shouldn’t be making deportations hard. That’s clearly preempted by federal law. Contrary to the Supremacy Clause.

Today, I’m releasing never before seen intelligence revealing new evidence of past US government funding for more than 120 biolabs in over 30 countries, including Ukraine. In support of President Trump‘s Executive Order to end federal funding of dangerous gain of function research around the world, and increase transparency and accountability, ODNI will continue working with partners across the Administration to identify where these labs are, what pathogens they contain, and what “research” is being conducted. odni.gov/index.php/newsroom/…

Excellent article by Matthew Kopko. I disagree with only one thing it states — that my conduct inside the Justice Department in 2020-2021 re the 2020 election deserved scrutiny. No, it was internal privileged conduct and advice the likes of why a local bar has never before sought to scrutinize. Moreover, it was advice that was improperly leaked. The leakers are the ones who should have received serious bar scrutiny, not me. Kopko makes the same statement as to scrutinizing John Eastman’s 2020-2021 election-related conduct. But he misses that no bar scrutinized the losing Democrat Gore side in Bush v Gore re the 2000 election. Eastman is analogous to Gore’s main two lawyers there Professor Laurence Tribe and David Boies. Something has radically changed and is radically broken since 2000 — in those ensuing 20 years — and it must be fixed, and urgently so.
Great piece @FDRLST detailing the corruption and bias in the D.C. Bar and @ABAesq. thefederalist.com/2026/06/12…

For America to be great, we need to be able to invent and protect. “This government has shown me I can’t protect my patents, I have no efficient way of protecting the patents, there’s nobody who’s willing to take a look at a situation like this and say ‘we’ve got guardrails in this country, we’re not going to let this kind of thing occur.’” -@JeffParker of @ParkerVision “The Intellectual Property Clause of the Constitution’s purpose is to ensure that new inventions will occur, they’ll be promoted, that people will be incentivized to make them, and that they’ll be able to keep the profits from them.” -JeffClarkUS of @ItsYourGov

Important to read @RyanMNeuhaus’s new piece in Lyceum!
As America nears its 250th year, the central political question confronting the nation is not economic growth, technological innovation, or partisan competition. It is whether the American people still possess the will to remain a people at all. lyceumnow.com/whats-at-stake…
