If you aren't following section 174 and you are a technology business, you need to be and you should definitely be signing this letter asap. Thank you @mjwhansen everything you are saying is consistent with the guidance we are getting too. It's a mess.

I certainly can't imagine our company running effectively or hiring anyone right now if we weren't #remotefirst as a primary disposition, although many of us have started to enjoy the #hybrid option to come in a few days a week or hold off sites to reconnect with others.
