Was a blast to sit down and riff with @jeffwilser last week. Thanks for having me on @AiCuriousHQ! We're in exciting times. Once LLM token costs trend downward, we'll see models be more accessible to the mass populous, and hopefully some incredible new tech and innovation start to come out of it.
What if building an app in 45 minutes becomes normal? Or even building a company in days? @jeffwilser sat down with Elijah Spencer, Chief of Staff at @0xMiden, for a fascinating conversation about the AI workflows, research systems, and agentic tools quietly reshaping how people work. We get into: • AI agents for research trend tracking • Building products faster than ever • The future of AI-powered companies • Why most people are overcomplicating AI This one will change how you think about what’s possible. 🎧 Watch/listen now Full links in comments ↓ 🔗 linktr.ee/AI_Curious

Now, this is obviously not apples-to-apples. Every Claude response now goes through a filter of custom instructions of how I want it to act -- that didn't exist in Chat 3.5. And Claude has loads of context and memory about me. But still. A few more excerpts...

Notable: -Fable focused on specifics over generalities (better writing) -Grounded the scenes (without being told) in real-world historical figures -Decided to weave in a meta-commentary on the legitimate uses and limitations of AI. Consider this next bit, on AI and writing...

TLDR: Lincoln tries to have the AI write for him...but then thinks better of it. "It says everything I mean," he told Bates, "in nobody's voice at all." This is lovely. @AnthropicAI, 👏

Again - exact same prompt. This is how the story starts...

At the time, I was impressed with 3.5. It made plenty of logic problems (how could he use social media if he was the only one with the iPhone?), but it made real attempts at being creative. This wasn't just scraping the internet. Flash forward 3 years. To Fable. To today.

I just asked Fable: The results were stunning. 🧵

First, some context. This was one of the very first prompts I gave ChatGPT in March of 2023. Word for word. Here's ChatGPT's response. 3.5 I believe.

Kite is accelerating the transition to an agent-first economy by establishing the infrastructure for secure, verifiable, and autonomous commerce. Here is what we delivered this week: 1️⃣ Our Head of Ecosystem @Henryleemr introduced the Kite Agent Passport at #BitcoinSeoul2026, connecting with global institutions to define the next generation of machine-native payment rails. 2️⃣ Our Co-Founder and CEO @ChiZhangData joined @proofoftalk at the Louvre to lead a panel on "Personhood, Provenance, and Verification," exploring how decentralized identity secures interactions in the agentic age. 3️⃣ Our VP & Head of BD @lei_lei0904 joined the @csuitepodcast at Consensus to discuss the trust requirements of agentic commerce, highlighting that the x402 payment extension has now facilitated over 100 million transactions. 4️⃣ We outlined a vision for how the Kite Agent Passport enables autonomous trading on platforms like Polymarket, allowing agents to execute signal-based trades within strict, user-defined policy bounds without ever holding a hot wallet. 5️⃣ We joined @billions_ntwk as a launch partner for their collaborative AI agentic movie, supporting 500 builders using the x402 payment extension to turn agents into filmmakers through secure micropayments. 6️⃣ We are serving as an official partner and judge for @Bitget_AI’s Hackathon S1, supporting a $50,000 prize pool for developers building natural-language trading strategies. 7️⃣ Our Co-Founder @ChiZhangData appeared on @jeffwilser’s @AiCuriousHQ podcast to unpack the structural shift toward agentic commerce and why autonomous customers are arriving faster than expected. 8️⃣ We continued the Kite Community Growth Plan with a new AI sharing session on professional motion graphics and announced our upcoming Kite Image Guessing Game for the community. The rails for the autonomous economy are being laid across the globe. 🪁

When AI agents do the shopping, your most important customer might not be a human at all. On @jeffwilser's @AiCuriousHQ podcast, our Co-Founder & CEO @ChiZhangData unpacked where agentic commerce actually stands today, and why it's arriving faster than most people expect. ▷ The shift is structural: when agents buy on your behalf, businesses start selling to agents, not people. If an agent can't discover you, you're invisible. ▷ It's already a one-way ticket: Shopify first blocked agents, then opened its catalog to them. Visa, Mastercard and Google are all moving in. ▷ The hard part isn't the checkout, it's trust and payments. Kite is the layer that lets your agent pay safely, without ever handing over your credit card. "Agentic commerce is coming sooner than people think."

I used to joke, "If you are a goat herder, good news, your job will not be impacted by AI. If you are NOT a goat herder, your job will almost certainly be impacted by AI." No longer. Sorry, goat herders.
this is just the most ridiculous AI application i've ever seen lol a Peter Thiel-backed startup that makes AI collars for cows is now worth $2 billion and the more I read about it the cooler it gets. here's how it works: every cow wears a solar-powered collar that talks to a network of radio towers and an app on the farmer's phone instead of building physical fences, the farmer draws the fence on a map in the app, and the collar keeps each cow inside that invisible line using GPS when a cow drifts toward the edge, the collar plays a sound to steer her, and a gentle vibration tells her which way to go. it's like how a car beeps as you back up toward a wall the cows learn the cues in a few days so now a rancher can move an entire herd to fresh grass by sliding the fence on a map, without driving out to open a single gate and that same collar is reading each cow's body the whole time. it takes five readings per second on every animal, so the AI can catch a cow that's sick, injured, ready to breed, or about to give birth before a person would ever notice walking the field so it's basically like WHOOP for cows too lol and they gave the AI behind it the perfect name: the Cowgorithm it's been trained on more than 7 billion hours of real cow behavior, which is why Halter calls the data its real asset and moat. they know what a normal cow looks like better than anyone, so they can flag the odd one out instantly it's already on more than 1M cattle across New Zealand, Australia, and a bunch of US states. California even used it on public land to graze cattle in patterns that clear dry brush and slow down wildfires costs about $5 to $8 per cow per month a job that used to mean barbed wire, gates, and driving the fields all day is now mostly 1 person on their phone
