Nothing I ever learned in medical school said to punish someone who declined a treatment, or to punish someone for the choices they’ve made. In fact, we were taught to be non-judgemental and to consider the patient’s individual experiences and situation. I still teach that now.

Aerobic exercise helps increase blood flow & dopamine in the brain to boost the PFC & improve impulse control. Impulsive types need lots of exercise. At least 30 minutes every day is best, but make sure its an activity you love so you're more likely to keep doing it
