OMG this week in microbiology (TWIM) podcast 303 (microbe.tv/twim/) talks about our CRyPTIC project to sequence ~12,000 M. tuberculosis isolates from 23 countries and obtain quantitative resistance phenotypes for 13 drugs. (Paper here: journals.plos.org/plosbiologโฆ ).
